Booking a transfer

How do I book a transfer?

You wil find the booking process very simple, fast and safe. By entering the departure and destination location a range of vehicles will be prompte: just select the one that meets your needs and preferences. Finally, just fill-out the required details regarding the transfer. Confirmation email You will receive, includes meeting instructions, payment terms and the the emergency call out number.

I can't select an address from the dropdown menu

Full address details will be requested at a later stage of the booking.

I can't find the airport or destination I'm looking for

if you can't find the airport or destination on the drop down menu, please just contact us to request a quote and we will contact you back shortly.

How do I add extra stops?

All private transfers can be fully customized to suit your demands. If you need multiple stops, either enter them in the 'comments and instructions' box of the reservation module (we will answer accordingly only in case the fare needs to be updated).

What pick-up time should I choose in order to ensure I get to the airport in time?

We recommend you to choose a pick-up time at least 2 hours and 15 minutes PLUS the estimated journey time before your flight departure time, both for Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports. The system shows the estimated journey time on the vehicle selection booking page.

Is your website safe and secure?

Absolutely! Our online Milan transfer taxi booking is one of the safest and the best ways to book your transfer/s to and from Milan Airport to all destinations in Italy. We use 256 bit encryption, ensuring that your data is perfectly safe.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend that you book at your earliest convenience to have ensured price and availability.

I can't find my confirmation email. What should I do?

First check your inbox and spam/junk/deleted mail folders, it might end up there by mistake. You can login into your account from our web site and enter into My Bookings page to check booking status and details. You can also reach out to our Customer Service team.

How do I log into my account?

From the home page of the web site click Login and enter the email used to book and the reservation ID as password. The reservation ID is displayed on the screen after the booking is submitted. You can also find your booking ID in the first email you receive immediately after submitting your booking.

May I update my reservation?

Yes, most reservation's details can be easily changed by yourself directly through the LOGIN section, or you may contact us anytime.

May I cancel my reservation?

Yes, as per Terms & Conditions

Traveling

Where will I meet the driver?

Your booking confirmation email will contains detailed meeting point information. At the airport your driver will meet you at the arrival lounge with a board with your name.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Please do not carry luggage in excess of what specified in the reservation, the booked vehicle may be too small and it is not allowed to carry luggage over the seats. You can anytime update your reservation to a different vehicle that meets your needs.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In the very rare event that you cannot locate your driver, please do not leave the location where you are waiting and call promptly the emergency phone number supplied on the reservation confirmation email.

What should I do if my flight is late landing?

Our prices include flight monitor service, meaning that your driver will monitor inbound flight and will adjust the pickup time in case of any delays.

What happens if my flight has been cancelled?

Sometimes last minute flight cancellations are communicated too late. If you aware that your flight is canceled within 6 hours before scheduled arrival, please contact the emergency number to notify flight cancellation and/or if you need a rescheduled pickup, otherwise you can just contact us via email in order to amend or cancel your reservation.

Where will my driver drop me off?

Our service is door-to-door. Your driver will take you to the address you specifyed in your reservation request.

Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book?

Not unless you book a “shared” transfer. You can be sure you are booking a private vehicle as they are classified as “private”.

Payment options

Is the price displayed fully inclusive?

Yes, the price shown on your reservation confirmation email is fully inclusive of booked vehicle, professional driver, fuel and toll charges, meet and greet and door-to-door service.

How do I pay for my transfer?  Can I pay in advance?  Can I pay on behalf of the passenger/s?

Payments are fully flexible and can be handled either upfront by charging the credit card supplied in the reservation module, or by cash/credit card to driver on the day of the trip. If you have any preference about payments, please enter it in the "comments and instructions" box of the reservation module and we will answer accordingly after your request will be processed.

Why I have to enter my credit card details if I want to pay by cash to driver?

Like for hotel rooms and for many other travel services, we need a valid credit card as a guarantee to hold your reservation also if the payment will be by cash.

May I get a receipt / invoice?

Should you need a payment receipt or invoice, please request it at the same time booking is made in the "comments and instructions".

Do I have to tip the driver?

Our price is fully inclusive, however you may tip the driver if you wish and satisfied about the service provided.
